Lent

February 17th, Ash Wednesday.  

        7:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist with the imposition of ashes – chapel

        10:30 am until noon – Private Confession in the Sacristy

         12.15 Holy Eucharist with the imposition of ashes - chapel.

         7:30 p.m. Holy Eucharist with the imposition of ashes – nave and sanctuary.

Wednesday's in Lent  in the Parish Hall.

        Dinners, learning times and services will be held. Our theme this year will be The Easter Vigil in which we will look at all the various themes running through this unique and special service of the Church year. Our learning time will be taught by Vicar Olsen who will specifically explore the themes of fire, light, bread and wine, life, waiting in the darkness, the paschal candle, the great Exsultet and the new fire, all of which relate to our lives of faith not only in this season but throughout our days.
